John P. Spinelli received a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University in
1989. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified
Financial Planner, and licensed to sell mutual funds,
variable and fixed annuities, life, accident, and health
insurance. Professional memberships include The New
York State Society of CPAs, The Financial Planning
Association, and The New York Tax Study Group. John
serves on the Board of Directors for the Hofstra University
Advisory Board in addition to several other organizations.
He teaches income tax planning at Hofstra University.

Bill L. Del Gais, CPA, MBA, received a Masters of
Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra
University in 1984. He worked at BDO Seidman, an
international accounting and consulting firm, for nine
years, the last five of which he served as senior tax
manager. In 1993, he joined Gilman & Ciocia, a publicly
traded company, as its Chief Financial Officer and
Director of Taxes. In 1994, he started his own private
accounting practice and merged his business with Mr.
Spinelli's in 2004. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant,
a committee member of The New York State Society
of CPAs, and a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Diplomate
of the American Board of Forensic Accounting and
a member of the Hofstra University Advisory Board.
His areas of expertise are taxation of high net worth
individuals, pass through entities, and real estate
transactions. He has given numerous lectures and
written articles on a variety of subjects.
